During my summer internship at MoneyLion as a Product Operations Intern, I was responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at improving product efficiency and user satisfaction. I conducted multiple data analysis presentations and analyzed user feedback to enhance products and optimize the user experience. Additionally, I worked on a consulting project for a company initiative, performing both revenue and cost-saving analyses to help shape the project’s direction.

• Accountable for Fraternity Standards and Academics; creating and implementing academic and social policies for a fraternity of 50+ members• Head of Fraternity Judicial Board; tasked with investigating any violations of fraternity policies and procedures, as well as conducting fair and impartial hearings on an as-needed basis• Responsible for coordinating leadership and general chapter meetings, as well as Chairing New Member educational meetings and activities• Implemented Mental Health Seminars: Raised awareness of mental health issues and provided resources for members to seek help• Served on Programming and Recruitment Committees to support event coordination and recruitment

Learned the day to day operations of Financial Advisors, attended agency wide trainings with Guardian, learned from top industry leaders, obtained Life Insurance license, collaborated with agency leadership and other interns

• Provided customer service to 300+ patrons daily at private 36-hole golf club• Provided information on course conditions, hole locations, and club selection• Demonstrated agility and flexibility by assisting with course set-up and maintenance tasks as needed
