I was given an opportunity the handle the whiteglove users who are the premium users of Airbnb. We were the first batch to be selected for experiences in Airbnb and then be a part of live chat too. I have also helped the newbies to in their certification during nesting after the training was completed.

I joined as a team member in July 2014 and within a couple of months was promoted to a role of a team developer. Due to my learning agility the management gave me an opportunity to impart the knowledge to the new batches so I was selected to be a process trainer in July 2015.
