I am a current Professional Footballer at Port Adelaide Football Club (2021-Present), following my time at Brisbane Lions (2015-2020) in the AFL, and South Adelaide Panthers (2020) in the SANFL. During my 5 years at the Brisbane Lions I dealt with a great deal of adversity due three ruptured ACL's which saw me sidelined for a total of 36 months. Having overcome these injuries I managed to play 3 AFL games before moving to Adelaide to play in the SANFL for the 2021 season. During this time I worked at Christies Beach High School as an SSO providing administration and classroom support, as well as lifeguarding at the South Australia Aquatic and Learning Centre (SAALC). I also continued to study my Bachelor of Education (HPE & Biology) at Griffith University. At the commencement of the 2021 AFL season I was fortunate enough to sign a contract with Port Adelaide Football Club where I am currently listed.I am passionate about teaching & education, coaching, and welfare, and take valuable learnings from a range of adept individuals and cohorts during my time spent time as a professional athlete and working within schools. I have been able to gain a vast skill set by partaking in a range of experience including a Personal Excellence & Wellbeing Traineeship, Voluntary Work at Wesley Mission Queensland, and Work Experience at Scotch College Adelaide. I am an eager learner and am looking for work experience to further develop personally and professionally in these areas.
