Strategy Manager and Head of Directors office support in Customer Remediation Program. The Customer Remediation Program was established by AMP to review historical advice fees charged and advice provided to customers.Supported Director of Program with data, strategic analysis and insight, financial modelling, reporting, board papers and engagement with Independent Experts, auditors and managed service provider.

Lead team in developing, building and operating reporting solution for AMP's Goals 360 advice platform. The team made sense of data where reporting had not been scoped or considered fully, and was stored in a non-relational database (MongoDB). The team analysed the underlying processes and data held in the underlying database to structure the data as required. This was then built into a broader data warehouse (using related data from the broader organisation) to enable tracking of platform usage, value derived for enterprise and other key metrics.

Strategic role in AMP's Transformation program - initial focus driving cost reduction agenda identifying $100m in cost savings across the group to enable growth programs. Developed and maintained financial model for AMP's growth program quantifying potential benefits/key levers to unlock value.

Strategy Manager role in Product Manufacturing Division of AMP Financial Services. Deliverer business strategy recommendations, drove annual planning processes, supported Finance with management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Various roles across Finance, Operations, and Strategy divisions.Joined AMP in graduate rotation program within Finance gaining experience in accounting operations, statutory accounting, and project management. Coinciding with a large scale organisational restructure, I moved into a management reporting role within a product division, assisting the Head of Finance in establishing and understanding the financial needs of the new division. After a stint in Internal Auditing, I then managed a small team providing financial support (including reporting, budgeting, forecasting) and activity based costing to AMP's operations division with budgets of more than $100m p.a. This expanded to include internal supply chain management, with some exposure to external suppliers as well. During a vacancy, I acted as the manager of a broad support team including business planning, financial support, supply chain management, internal communications and learning and development.
