- Take charge in project management and monitor project schedule for digital development projects (e.g. mobile application, website) in different industries- Handle daily communication with client- Gather project requirements and documentations- Coordinate with designer and developer to finish the project on time - Manage and keep track on UAT process- Monitor projects by utilizing different project management tools (e.g. Trello scrum board, Notion)- Document preparation such as UAT test plan, specification documents, project testing guideline

- Devise and manage marketing communication projects- Plan and execute events such as seminars, webinars and EXPOs- Communicate with agencies for digital campaign execution and development- Prepare and publish website content, leaflet, brochures, e-newsletter, press release to publicity events- Marketing campaigns & promotion report preparation to review effectiveness and share insights for improvement- Handle customer portal and website revamp project- Liaise with internal and external parties for project development, work out timeline and maintain quality standards- UAT test cases planning and execution on website and e-form work with teams to roll out after UAT complete- Lead and perform marketing automation for customer journey on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

- Provide supports to Sales Team- Prepare sales quotations with detailed information- Develop promotional materials e.g. handbill, leaflet, brochures etc Handle different marketing activities to boost sales- Post event and activities reports for evaluation
