Current- Originate and structure 175-250 conventional, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans annually.o Utilize knowledge of investment banking, residential lending, and capital markets to execute loan processes. o Close $3M-$6M.
- Establish client relationships for builder partner.o Serve as primary point of contact for 60—100 key accounts.o Achieve 98% client satisfaction rate, highest on team.o Resolve issues, positioning all parties for growth.
- Identify growth opportunities aligned with client goals and objectives.o Advise accounts using extensive relationship management experience.o Perform strategic sales planning and focused prospecting. Deliver.
- Analyze backlog status and report findings to leadership to support decision making.
- Work in cross-functional collaboration with sales representatives, land development team, title representatives, and real estate agents.o Deliver 175-250 products to wholesale investors annually.
