Developed and maintained multiple site-wide tools in Tableau, PowerBI, and SharePoint to create cross-functional efficiencies and bring exposure to KPIs. I served as the data analyst for our Management of Change (project management) team where I led new hire trainings, risk assessments, and audits in addition to restructuring procedures in response to those actions. Key Accomplishments• Built a Tableau Management of Change (MOC) dashboard for North American sites utilizing Stature software that easily displays the status of all active MOCs broken down by site and process unit resulting in 42% reduction in overdue MOCs from 2019 to 2021.• Created a backend VBA tool for data cleaning and preprocessing from multiple data sources. Managed SharePoint interface utilized by cross-functional groups throughout the preventative maintenance process where > 2,000 relief devices are managed annually from identification, planning, execution, and post-documentation. • Knowledgeable in conducting routine audits, inspections, risk assessments, process hazard analyses, and identifying deficiencies in manufacturing processes to identify corrective actions and mitigate risks.

Managed contractual commitments to sustain logistics support for Houston area terminals.
