The purpose of the International and Visitor Leadership Program is to allow foreign leaders from around the world to short term visits into the United States. This is to provide as an exchange experience where visitors get an opportunity to experience the best of a selected United States city. My role is to foster communication with trip leaders, and organize the trip as effectively as possible. This allows visitors to enjoy a fully immersive experience in Indianapolis, and allows for interpersonal connections, intercultural communication, and provides a way for foreign leaders to create and maintain long lasting relationships with American people.
