My current role is supporting the field sales team. I am the first point of contact in the office for updates on pending accounts and providing them with information on existing accounts, liaising with other departments within the business, recording, quality checking and keying all of their sign ups onto a system called Virtual Application (VAPP) raising amendments for any existing or new accounts through Salesforce.com.I provide paperwork training for all new field sellers and I am currently learning Anti Money Laundering (AML) in order to gain more knowledge of the business processes and procedures.

My role involved working in the order office taking customer orders, making sure all orders are delivered on time and the correct weight is received. Chasing the lorry drivers for ETAs and general customer service all round. In my role I had to work very closely with the transport company in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.I also worked as a receptionist within my role including telephones/switchboard, filing, data entry and general office duties. I worked in the accounts department inputting invoices when holiday cover was needed.
