Over my nearly 20 years of working in brand, creative, product, and tech, I’ve had the privilege of launching exciting new start ups, transforming ambitious scale ups, and delivering impactful work for global brands.During this time, the motivation has always been realising new ideas as digital experiences that meet business goals and resonate with audiences.For the past 7+ years, I’ve worked with Neverbland, transforming how the agency operates and growing its reputation as one of London’s leading digital product agencies. I head up the project management team, oversee everything we deliver out of the studio, and help nurture meaningful relationships with our partners.Within the leadership team, I also input into how we develop as a company, including how we communicate, how we embody our values (including our BCorp accreditation) and how we nurture a culture that empowers our talented team to do their best work.
