Leading by example, I encourage others to roll with the punches and efficiently solve last-minute problems, all while maintaining focus, cool heads, and good humor. These are the goals I strive for every day, values that have developed my character into one that thrives in fast-paced environments. Concerts, events, and any and all sorts of production will certainly involve a hefty amount of gray area, and I use this fact to my advantage whenever possible. People will always have demands, immovable boundaries, impractical ideas, and distracting traits, but being able to effectively communicate despite these hurdles is one of my most important roles.
