I am currently a global director of ER&D services at HCL, leading multiple delivery units, responsible for all HCL services to Microsoft Windows, Devices, and Azure Hardware product groups. In this role, I head a team of ~450 electrical, mechanical, silicon, software, and firmware engineers, HW NPI program managers, project managers, and test engineers, servicing the Microsoft product teams, bringing their product vision to reality. My team is cross-functional and multi-cultural, spread between 5 countries.Overall, I have over 2 decades of professional engineering service experience, over 10 yrs. of which is in leadership roles.
