This role required me to develop an extensive knowledge of maintenance related tasks and determine to whom which tasks need to be assigned. Have the ability to delegate these tasks to the right staff member in an appropriate, timely manner. Have a solid understanding of the housing campus layout and property numbers. I am required to be available to assist staff members with administrative projects aiding the University in reaching its short-, mid- and long-term goals. I assist crisis management regarding safety related issues, acting as a communication liaison between housing staff, outside contractors, and any other pertinent personnel.

This role required me to file claims with the insurance companies of various clients for the firm. I needed to request medical records of the client and do follow-ups with the clients to make sure they were feeling okay and continuing their medical appointments.
