Texas A&M Agrilife Extension | Path to the Plate Program

From May to June of 2022 I was offered an internship with the American International Charolais Association (AICA). During my time in Kansas City, Mo., I played a large part in the design, production, writing, editing, and photography of many projects in support of the Charolais Junior National Show and Leadership Conference, the August edition of the Charolais Journal, and the VitaFerm Char-Focus Conference. Along with this, at both events, Charolais Junior National Show and Leadership Conference and VitaFerm Char-Focus Conference, I was also able to network with the members of the Charolais breed and be a resource for them with any questions or concerns they may have had.
