As the Marketing Operations Manager for Consumer Focus Marketing I seamlessly navigate the intersection of marketing and operations, overseeing project organization, project management, accounting, employee management, and administration. Responsibilities and experience include providing high quality customer service, organizing and managing all design projects, supporting the accounting department and additional various inner office operations. I provide an efficient and organized approach to the management of Consumer Focus’s internal and client based marketing plans. I am still also in charge of running all internal operations for the Duty to Warn program as well as managing internal print and mail marketing.

I am the project manager for our marketing team, Consumer Focus, I manage and execute a variety of marketing initiatives for the oil heat and propane industry. I also have a hand in the sales and operations side of Boston Environmental that falls mainly under the umbrella of the TankSure program. I manage account payable's for the company as well as the billing and invoicing of all print related marketing. I oversee our Duty to Warn for Propane program, a safety com-pliancy mailing for the industry.
