I have a passion for building collaborative relationships and developing others to succeed. My greatest joy is seeing that success and knowing that I had an impact. Working with Northwestern Mutual as a Campus Recruiter has afforded me the opportunities to fulfill these passions. One aspect of my job that I love is traveling to various colleges and universities, such as the University of Iowa, Central College and Grinnell College. I host events and attend job fairs to meet enthusiastic upcoming graduates who are looking for an exciting and rewarding career.
