Assist Builder with all aspects of construction. I assist the builder by applying for permits, completing site visits, actively collaborating with clients, and working with sub contractors. I assist clients with the design process, make design decisions, make finish selections, purchase deliver and schedule materials , and attend client meetings with contractors. I schedule and over see sub contractors.

Assists Sales Associates in closing transactions by providing design services to Havertys customers. Visit clients homes to assure proper furniture placement and color coordination, and recommending additional furniture and accessories for the room design as needed. Give presentations of 2D and 3D plans. Keep sales staff up to date on design trends and design knowledge. Grew tickets to average to 3x original ticket for on site consults and 5x for in home consults. Had many tickets for indivisible customers over 50k. Acting designer for both Longview and Tyler stores design programs May 2017- September 2018, November 2020- April 2021 , and February 2022-July 2022 .
