Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production.Crew Management: Hire and manage crew members, including department heads, and ensure that all personnel are working efficiently and effectively. Handle any personnel issues that arise.Resource Allocation: Ensure that all necessary resources (equipment, locations, talent, etc.) are available and allocated appropriately throughout the production.Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and suppliers.
