I provide assistance to personal injury attorneys and their clients with settlement planning solutions including structured settlement annuities. In my role, I am available to discuss the future needs of individuals settling personal injury cases and offer solutions to help meet those needs. I can provide individuals assistance with a number of other services needed to plan for their settlement. I have the ability to help personal injury clients find Medicare Set-Aside professional administration as well as benefit preservation and settlement preservation trusts. With over 10 years' experience, I have handled a wide variety of settlements. I am full service, provide settlement planning solutions as well as comprehensive case management and customer service. I am dedicated to helping my clients and providing superb service by being responsive and available when it is most needed.

I serve as a senior member of the leadership team as director of the settlement planning department at Synergy. The primary service of the settlement planning department is helping personal injury victims with structured settlement annuities. I identify and implement policies and procedures that improve service and efficiency in processing structured settlements. I have been responsible for all case management functions and currently serve as a mentor to other case managers and as a subject matter expert for the settlement planning department at Synergy. I continue to provide high level administrative support to the structured settlement business unit as well as provide comprehensive case management and customer service in the area of structured settlements, pooled special needs trusts, settlement trusts, healthcare lien resolution, and Medicare Set Aside services. I assist in the acquisition and retention of profitable structured settlement annuity business as well as provide service to Synergy corporate brokers and independent contractors. I am part of a dedicated team delivering highly responsive, quality service.

I was responsible for managing staff and operations for the Orlando office of a statewide AV-rated defense firm. My supervisory responsibilities included 13 legal assistants, 3 paralegals, and 8 support staff. I interviewed, hired, and trained all new (staff) employees. I assisted in providing orientation and training on company policy, systems, and file organization to newly hired attorneys. My training responsibilities for staff encompassed all new procedures and policies for the entire Orlando staff, as well as firm wide training on various procedures and software.
