Subject matter expert on assigned accounts.Act as the single point of contact for all Vendor Management System (VMS) client data entry – including; job postings, submittals, and documentation of feedback.Create a valued VMS client experience by ensuring data is error-free and entered in a timely manner; and assign job orders within the dedicated team.Act as quality filter for all candidate submissions & job responses, which includes acting with urgency.Document all VMS/client feedback on candidate’s rejections, interview feedback, etc.Manage relevant account data within in SharePoint for multiple clients. Partner with sales/recruiting on research of client competitors/industry, networking events, blogs,associations and career events.Track and research competitive landscape, market insights/trends, and remain current with relevantindustry knowledge.Regularly spot check Bullhorn to ensure hot jobs, submittal and interview status are accurately documented.Assist in the sourcing and screening processes as necessary.Use social media as a branding tool to include, but not limited to; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, anddiversity-oriented sites and blogs.Participate in ad hoc projects when necessary.
