Backed by a prominent promotional campaign and $25,000 competition, www.thewest.com.au now includes a range of new functionality including: Real-time Breaking News feeds from around the world, Board Room Radio feeds, Investor Relations feeds, Employment and Real Estate Classifieds.

My role encompassed team leading, planning management and facilitation of projects aligned with specific business goals and objectives.- Commenced the initial project initiation and startup for the Service Management project including the gathering of requirements for the toolset solution, implementation strategies and assessment of training options.- Implemented a comprehensive resourcing system to address forecasting and staff utilisation.

My role as Portal Services Programme Manager encompassed team leading, planning management and facilitation of a comprehensive programme of work aligned with specific business goals and objectives.- Partnering with a consortium of industry leading professional service specialists we built an innovative high-performing, scalable and reliable online channel to realise revenue growth, reduce costs and increase customer service. A $12.8m project spanning both business and technical domains allowed me to develop strong analytical, business process re-engineering and project and programme management disciplines.- Leveraging my Prince 2 skillsets together with a rigorous third-party methodology I implemented a comprehensive “book of business” to address forecasting, project resourcing and budgetary controls.- Four key projects were delivered on-time, on-budget under challenging conditions including the implementation of a major industry-strength online Portal solution.
