Helped brainstorm and create items for social media posts/projects. Represented Gamecock Athletics at community events.

Adapted to a virtual setting, learned about statistics and other data behind college sports-Read through college recruiting trips itineraries and sorted the data in spreadsheets to help determine if different sports valued athletics over academics (Sports that consisted of primarily POC athletes in particular)-Viewed various college football and basketball games, recorded the amount of time was taken for advertisements and which types of advertisements -Viewed various court cases (related to college sports) and researched the backgrounds of the judges to help determine if the outcomes were biased

Conducted research on how coronavirus will affect the future of sports (specifically NBA), attended weekly zoom meetings with staff and other interns to discuss topics.Submitted 5 research papers over the course of 2 months with research information about the following topics:-Seating area, restrooms, and concessions concerns -Press box, locker rooms, and clubhouse concerns-Traffic & parking logistics , ingress/egress from stadium and seats-Sanitation expectations, pros and cons of masks and temperature changes, changes to standard operating procedures

Adapted to a virtual setting, learned about working in Minor League Baseball and contributed ideas that benefitted the company-Attended virtual meetings twice a week to listen to guest speakers who shared their experience in the industry. -Contributed/brainstormed ideas for the current season such as promotional nights and stadium use during the pandemic

Taught children ages 4-18 how to properly swim the four strokes at a year-round swim clinic. Offered different techniques to the more experienced swimmers to help perfect their strokes.
