Chief Mission Officer
Current- Responsible for the planning, training, and delivery of resident programs that serve 10,000+ residents across 32 communities. Programs such as resident events, community activities, a summer reading program, a scholarship program, and financial assistance programs.- Maintain professional relationships with property management staff as well as local organizations and agencies such as Chambers of Commerce and nonprofits partnerships, in order to bring new or needed services to residents.- Respond to community inquiries and support program managers in addressing resident concerns.- Create and maintain organizational media such as the Caritas website, community newsletters, and print and digital communications from executives.- Find local community resources and services that can assist residents, as requested.- Manage grant proposals and donations.
