I'm Samar Adel Abu Daif , Legal Associate who had graduated from Cairo University's Faculty of Law - English Legal Studies Dept in 2016. Descending from a family of legal advocates, I was destined to join Egypt’s best entities.During the 6 years following my graduation, I've come to gain a strong experience in different fields mainly in corporate matters and different types of contracts of legal practice, and an admirable skill-set; both of which helped to build my legal portfolio.The emerging portfolio matches the knowledge and skills needed for my employment.Currently, i am working as Contracts Section Head at Suez Cement Company , doing the role of reviewing different types of Agreements for Suez Cement Group , I have worked remotely from home as Assistant Legal Advisor for Al Qanuni Adcocates & Legal Consultancy- Dubai.I used to work as Associate - Corporate Department for Nal & Partners Law firm , which is one of the leading firms in IP and Corporate fields.Also I worked as a legal assistant for Sabaip Egypt which is a multinational well known leading firm in the IP field.I've interned at Sarie El Din & Partners Law Firm in the corporate and Capital Markets departments.Also I have worked for Adel Abu Daif Law Office in the fields of litigation and contract drafting, in addition to conducting legal research and providing legal advice. Also I've Worked for El Madany For Legal and Securities Consultations as a corporate and stock market attorney and consultant, practiced the listing procedures for companies seeking to become listed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange, due diligence prior to M&As, ratification and drafting Ordinary General Meetings (OGM), Extra-Ordinary General Meetings (EGM) and Board of Directors Meetings (BOD) before GAFI. Moreover, I had also worked at Cayan Law Firm for 4 Months.Finally, I've interned at Ma’touk Bassiouny Law Firm in the corporate and contract drafting departments.Through the previously mentioned experience, I managed to become an a strong researcher using some acquired legal reasoning skills, gained organizational and planning skills, had become exposed to the corporate environment.
