My primary responsibilities are ensure that the food served to clients and customers is nutritious, safe, and meets dietary requirements. Developing menus by working with the chefs and other staff to create menus that meet the nutritional needs of clients and customers, as well as any dietary restrictions or preferences they may have.Analyzing recipes: by reviewing recipes and analyzing their nutritional content to ensure they meet dietary requirements and are balanced in terms of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats).Providing nutrition education: by educating clients, customers, and staff about the importance of nutrition and healthy eating habits.Ensuring food safety: by working with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and stored safely to avoid foodborne illness.Staying up to date on nutrition research and trends to incorporate this knowledge into menu planning and other aspects of my job.Managing food allergies and intolerances to ensure that are met our clients and customers needs.Overall, now my goal as the head of nutrition in a ADNH Compass would be to ensure that the food served is healthy, nutritious, and safe, while also meeting the needs and preferences of clients and customers
