Training Program Manager
Current• Lead training and development for centralized procurement office for organization with $2.2 billion annual spend, including conducting internal enterprise-wide trainings, presenting external orientations for the supplier community, and developing and implementing a training strategy for the Procurement & Payables section• Developed and maintain series of 10 on-demand videos to support the supplier community in navigating the E-Procurement portal• Conduct an average of 5 monthly webinars for internal and external customers on targeted topics including: employee development, process and compliance related topics, and County policies/ procedures• Lead planning and development of training suite to support the implementation of new Oracle E-Procurement system• Develop and implement performance measurement and evaluation system for all trainings delivered
