 Responsible for Business Development for entire range of Products & Solutions offered, like- LV & MV Switchgear, IEC-61439 compliant Solutions (LV Panel, Sandwich Bus Trunking, Hybrid Filter), Energy Management System & Industrial Automation products. Key Account Management Improve Share of Wallet from targeted conversion customers & own business development till project orders gets finalized. To achieve application/ sub-segment/ solution oriented sales target Lead generations from the focused markets/ segments at early stages itself with active customer (Consultant/ EU) engagement. Preparation of budgetary offers and tracking of active enquiries Review/ analyze technical specification of the tenders. Conduct necessary presentations / product demonstration to obtain product approval across range from clients.  Conduct Sales promotion activities / technical workshop / technical presentations for EU & Consultants. Develop and deliver Product Presentations & customized solutions.

> Preparation and timely submission of tender documents & comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.> Formulate competitive estimation after analyzing RFP/ RFQ, taking into account best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation.> Attending meetings with Client/ Consultant to freeze the Technical Specifications, Scope of Work, Delivery Schedule and to understand the technicality, critical & pain points which need to be addressed as solution partner to them.> Attending tender openings, analyze competitor's offers, conversion of offers to orders by techno-commercial interaction, persuasion & negotiation.> Responsible for planning with for effective initiation of the project till completion including collection of payment, Bond & Guarantees etc.> Validating offer from third party vendor, Techno-Commercial evaluation of vendors’ offer, finalizing the contract.>Inspection of assemblies & sub-assemblies at vendor’s place.> Arranging / getting waiver of inspection.> Third party vendor development.
