Working in the Health Care industry, I take pride in my ability to empathize with clients, encourage independence in their activities of daily living, assist with any ADL's, and follow safety standards and preferences to overall ensure an improved quality of life. Previous to the Health Care Industry, I was in the QSR Industry for a total of 7 years; 5 of those years within management roles. I possess leadership abilities, effective management and communication skills, recruitment and training skills, profit and loss report knowledge, and much more!
