Worked closely with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for all levels of Administrative positions, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Managed the full recruiting lifecycles for 75+ clients, including sourcing, interviewing, matching, and closing. Used a variety of methods to generate candidates, including internal Salesforce database, LinkedIn, online job boards, social media, email blast campaigns, and referral programs. Generated 100+ outbound calls per day to qualify new candidates for open positions. Sourced 1000+ qualified candidates for open positions to achieve new hire goals of 20 per week. Worked directly with candidates to determine availability, technical skill and aptitude, personality fit, and desired pay scale. Grew and fostered high-touch relationships with qualified candidates. Followed up on interview process status and updated records in internal database. Provided coaching and guidance to candidates, and hiring recommendations to clients. Continuously partnered with internal recruiting team and senior managers to refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

Observed, recorded, and analyzed data on client progress and behaviors using Sharepoint. Provided Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with disabilities in a classroom setting. Attended Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborated with clinical team to address behavioral and academic issues. Completed Non-Crises Prevention Intervention (NCPI) training and effectively managed crises situations using NCPI-approved strategies.

Served as the main point of contact between clients, clinical team and administrative department. Established and maintained strong, working relationships with new clients. Assisted with new hire training, scheduling, and planning community events. Observed and recorded data on client behaviors and goals. Prepared and updated client binders; created spreadsheets to document and organize data. Discussed progress on goals and data trends to clients and clinical team. Implemented individualized treatments plans using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies to clients with developmental disabilities in a home setting. Developed program goals and other instructional activities to keep clients engaged in therapy.

The SaC lab performs ongoing studies on the relationships between memories and sleep. As a research assistant, I supported the study on the effects of Zolpidem on sleep and memory consolidation. I was responsible for administering cognitive tests (ex. Remotes Associates Test, Texture Discrimination Task) and helping with EEG preparation. I also maintained the participant database using Excel, determined participant eligibility, performed heavy data entry, and provided administrative support.

The Riverside Accuracy Project (RAP) is a long-term investigation into several important topics relevant to the assessment and perception of human personality. As a Research Assistant, I explained study procedures to participants, answered their questions, and informed them of their rights. I also distributed study materials, and collected and transferred data into Google Sheets. Moreover, I assisted with participant tracking and scheduling via email and phone call as well as regularly attended meetings and updated research investigators of study progress.
