• Develop Projects Plans for Engineering Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Testing & Commissioning till Handover the projects to clients. • Preparing Baseline Schedule and all kind of report required Monthly & Weekly basis.• Follow up daily activities of all disciplines for each project.• Prepare, get approved and update the Projects work breakdown structure (WBS) and its schedules; tracking actual activities progress and forecast schedules. Propose corrective action if necessary.• Resource planning & resource leveling including manpower, material & equipment’s.• Predictive control (trend analysis): Prepare and submit to the management reports about the produced deviations related to the costs and schedule estimates, including, if needed, proposals for the corrective actions to be taken with a recovery plan.• Set up progress measurement and reporting systems and assist construction team with look ahead schedules and report on progress.• Budgeting, cost coding, monitoring costs for projects and reporting on monthly basis.• Evaluate and inform the project leaders about impact caused by scope changes proposed.• Evaluate the regular progress and trends reports and analyze the planned/actual progress curves, histograms, tables and status reports.• To perform earned value analysis.• Provide the weekly and monthly progress updates to project manager, forecast completions.• Reviews and evaluate contractor’s progress, change orders and develop recovery plans for project.• Prepare monthly progress claims in order to submit to our client.
