Originally starting as a Recruitment Helpdesk Assistant, my role largely consisted of engaging and assisting new and existing customers via Live Chat and email, responding within our KPI of 5-10 seconds of initial contact. In addition to this, my role was to also support our clients by creating Job Ads and their associated Screening Questions for customers and place them on Job Boards in addition to learning the behind the scenes processes for the creation and updating of documentation required by our customer’s HR departments to onboard their new hires, customizing their Expr3ss!Sign Packs to suit their needs accordingly. Over time as I grew in my role to Customer Success and Engagement Coordinator, this job scope increased to also conducting proactive engagement check-ins and follow up calls with our existing customers and newly added high level users.
