• Currently Working on Polycom RMX4000, CMA 5000,Real Presence Resource Manager,RSS 4000,DMA 7000• Troubleshooting on Polycom HDX 4000• Providing first level support to the end user within SLA and resolved issue remotely.• Provide maintenance/operation and Technical support to end user on video conferencing.• Creating reservation future conferences for the clients.• Creating the Username and password for client on VC server also define roles to them.• Monitoring the conferences.• Providing demo facilities to new clients with backend support.• Provide online/Telephonic support to the customer.• Solving user’s end point and registration problems through Remote Desktop, Team Viewer and Ammy admin.• Provide RCA / CDR report to client as per client request.• Help customers to understand about registration, free trial, purchase, mapping the licenses with their added users.• Handling Advent net as ticketing tool for logging incident & also do the customize editing for the different field.• Creating and assigning incident tickets to L1/L2/L3 by analyzing the issues and priority.• Timely follow-ups with L1/L2/L3 calls as per SLA in the agreement.
