Casting mini & heavy Rice PlantTime Period : Oct2012 To Sep2013.Duties and Responsibilities: Modification of ILDs, P&IDs, Elementary and Interconnection Drawings for System completeness, Preparation of Loop Packages and Commissioning Documentation, Pre Commissioning checks for all Instruments and Control Loops. Coordinating with Proponent and leading Technicians for the completion of loops, Commissioning, Loop check activities& final hand over of all Instrument systems. Solving critical problems with P&ID and reviewing of the instrument documentation and as built the drawings. Major Highlights :Regular surveillance/inspection of construction activities as per project inspection and test plan.Store and maintain all quality records.Coordinate with construction personnel about ongoing inspection issues.Review of design and construction related document conducting material inspections. Inspection for all activities during the construction and commissioning of instrumentation. Performed Surveillance for ongoing construction activities. Ensuring all instruments were installed and tested as per project quality procedures and project specification and instrument installation.
