As an Estate Head , I have overseen the operations and management of tea production in various gardens across Assam, India and in Rwanda, Africa. I have over 20 years of experience in this field, and I have developed skills in project team management, crisis intervention, quality management, and resource management.My core mission is to ensure the highest standards of tea quality, safety, and sustainability, following the ISO 22000 and Rainforest Alliance certifications. I also work with organizations and non-profits to end gender-based violence in tea gardens, and to make them safe and inclusive for all. Additionally, I have gained knowledge and experience in forest management, as eucalyptus is used as a source of energy in African tea estates. I am passionate about improving the lives and livelihoods of the tea communities and the environment.
