* Facilitation in organizing industry interfacing events, job fairs, seminars and Conferences.* Develop annual communication plans.* Responsible for cascading Media & PR activities for better outreach.* Implementation of strategic awareness creation through electronic and Print media.* Coordination with selected PR agency and monitor IEC plan implementation.* Strategic implementation of Mobilization Drives basis statistical/data analysis.* Establishment, functioning and monitoring of Migration Counselling cum Registration Centre in and outside Bihar.

• Monitoring progress of mobilization of all the projects running under organization viz.- DDU-GKY(MORD); KYP, Domain Skilling, RPL (Bihar Skill Development Mission); Learn & Earn (Ministry of Minority affairs); PMAYG.• Liaoning with SRLM, BSDM, SPMU, DMMU, Dist Managers etc. to ensure 100% achieving of target as per the project plan.• Maintaining Mobilization and tracking data related to mobilization and tracking on to Google sheet, Dashboard.• Ensuring mobilizers to Mobilize candidates as per the SC / ST and Minority Targets assigned by ensuring 100% capacity at all Centre all the time.• Leading the development of the quality mobilization plans, which reflects the training, assessment and placement services.

* Responsible for driving the implementation of ‘SkillsHaat’ Project for mobilizing and placing candidates in the state.* Co ordination and liasoning with different PIA, SRLM for placing their trained candidates from different skill development project viz. DDU-GKY, PMKVY, PMKK, KYP (BSDM) etc.* Handling and hiring the team of Mobilization Head, District coordinator and counsellors for the quality placement at the district.* Meeting with state/ district level govt officials for collaboration and driving business goals.* Develop strategic bonds with Govt representatives in the skilling and employment dept.* Build a strategic network for organically sourcing the candidates by driving tie ups with retail networks, Skilling agencies, NGO organizations, foundations and employment agencies to drive organizational goal across the state.* Conduct employment drives and job fairs across the region.* Generate adequate LOI’s to ensure supply and demand of the candidates are meet.

* Creation of a standardized process/ operational guidelines to govern the state's skill development efforts.* Creation of an all- encompassing robust monitoring and evaluation framework for monitoring all skill development programs and the entire value chain.* Creation a pool of skill training centres with requisite infrastructure by ensuring online real time monitoring.* Quality monitoring by planned and surprise visit to the running centres to ensure the quality of project aspects.

* Responsible for managing the end to end operations of centre location as a Centre Head.* Managing & Monitoring all the Skill Development/Training programmes and Livelihood promotions run by the Ministry of Rural Development.* Liaising with SRLM, Bihar - JEEVIKA for the project process and updates.* Responsible for Hiring of Centre level staff for the project.* To manage, update and upload the data of trainees and faculties by maintaining all the documentation report of the Training Centre.* Providing Input/facilities to the faculties.* Monitoring the quality of trainings imparted in Training Centre.

* Coordinaing the District Team by CCTNS Network and to coordinate and support for any type of research activities and evaluation of project activities.* Installations and configurations of CCTNS applications by, CAS software (Core Application Software).* Commissioning and maintenance of Hardware and software of CCTNS applications.* Monitoring/Evaluation and Planning implementations at the district levels by procurement, installations, operations management and Data/MIS management.* Planning training programs in district and implementations by giving trainings to all police officials.

* Managing & Monitoring all the diff blocks project-works under a district run by the DHRD (Dptt. Of Human Resource Development,Bihar)* Provide Data services & report monitoring at DHQ level.* Monitoring and Evaluation of various flagship schemes and programs run by the DHRD* Monitoring school dropout, fake attendance & many such loop holes of schemes by IT solutions.

• Co ordination with different vendors of Bharti Infratel responsible for tower installation.

• Handling, taking care and maintenance of EPABX installations by also providing support to Customer Service executives to solve all sorts of hotline queries.
