Order to Cash: • Responsible for Creation of Quotations as per customer’s requirements, Sales Orders, Invoice Processing, Regular Dispatches.• Preparation of Quotes, within agreed timelines and ensure high responsiveness.• Processing every order within the timeline of 24 h-48 hrs.• Handling Quotation upto 150+ numbers of line items.• Purchase order review, order entry and invoicing in ERP. Sending sales order acknowledge to customers and proforma invoice for payment.• Maintain all projects tracker and review time to time basis.• Timely submission of Invoices & shipping documents to the accounts.

PO Management:• Purchase order (PO) creation and Requisition creation in ORACLE R11 ERP.• Following up with vendors for timely delivery.Supplier Setup and Maintenance:• Supplier data entry, supplier set-up/update, database clean up, reporting and deliver data to support audits by ensuring compliance to departmental policies and procedures.• Enter and maintain supplier records in Oracle R12 within a set SLA. Scan and maintain storage of supplier documentation.• Collect the appropriate country supplier documents, local tax certificates. Communicate with internal and external customers on supplier issues.• Responsible for working with suppliers and internal customers on the supplier hold report. Invoice Management:• Handling Oracle R11 and R12 ERP.• Resolve invoice through Kofax Markview and amend PO accordingly• Responsible for Managing and Processing invoices for North America, Vehicle Business.• Validating and Verifying invoice information with PO and receipts and solving anomalies if any.• Invoice Discrepancy resolution with interaction with Accounts Payable team and supplier.• Managing and solving PO interface issue working with Buyers and IT team.• Help Build up customer relationship with proactive approach to solving issues with invoices to pay the supplier fasterProblem Solving and Automation:• Attend the weekly operational review calls with stake holders.• Identifying various issues and determining various root causes with tools like RCA, A3 Problem Solving, DMAIC, Pareto Chart analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram etc.• Identifying automation opportunities and working with BI team to increase productivity of team by eliminating repetitive tasks.
