Current• Handling SAP B1, CRM and Google Sheets.• Responsible for end-to-end Part Supply Chain Management in Vessel service industry.Procurement and Sourcing:• Efficiently handle purchase orders, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Monitor order status and address potential issues promptly• Sourcing long lead items locally or through other channel partners to ensure on-time delivery of spares and goods.• Sourcing new suppliers for non-standard orders. Minimum 3 other vendors.• Negotiating better rates and delivery timelines and payment terms from suppliers.• Build strong relationships with suppliers, communicating effectively about order status, delivery schedules, and quality concerns. Work collaboratively to address issues and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.• Ensure Timely Vendor Payments with respect to their credit termsReporting and Problem Solving:• Timely & Accurate monthly MIS Data reporting of all Parameters from SAP & CRM on a weekly basis.• Submitting plan for dispatch at start of every month.• Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and forecast demand. Generate reports to assess key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices.• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, procurement, and production to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information. Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and coordinate efforts.
