• Purchase order (PO) creation and Requisition creation in ORACLE R11 ERP.
• Following up with vendors for timely delivery.Supplier Setup and Maintenance:
• Supplier data entry, supplier set-up/update, database clean up, reporting and deliver data to support audits by ensuring compliance to departmental policies and procedures.
• Enter and maintain supplier records in Oracle R12 within a set SLA. Scan and maintain storage of supplier documentation.
• Collect the appropriate country supplier documents, local tax certificates. Communicate with internal and external customers on supplier issues.
