 Developing the life cycle of a brand strategic plan for a product line by abiding by the company strategy. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.  Monitoring and analyzing the marketing situation relative to the product category, competition, product growth and promotional activities. Driving and following up the implementation of brand operational plan through leading the marketing activities, brand training, managing brand team meetings and developing marketing tactics that ensure the high quality of brand sales forecasting.  Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.  Cooperating will all teams and departments including Development, Engineering and Marketing Communications to ensure the achievement of plan goals.  Constantly communicating, initiating and maintaining professional relations with KOL alongside with medical managers.  Ensuring proper allocation of A&P resources and continuously monitoring of approved A&P budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Managing a different product portfolio around 20 brands during my marketing management period in different specialty, mainly Pediatric - Dermatology - ENT - Chest and G.P segments.  Creating and managing اتنفس براحتك facebook page to support the OTC products through social communication and branding  Assisting in creating Rectivard product advertisement in the television to start its journey as an OTC product
