Conducted market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, business development, and expansion, facilitated business by implementing practical networking techniques, liaised with sales, marketing, and management teams to develop solutions and accomplish shared objectives, Investigated and integrated new strategies to expand business operations and grow the customer base. Implement strategies and concepts to develop the airport into a competitive international hub, achieve higher performance from revenues and the service quality for all non-aeronautical activities, Prepare tenders documents for all retail areas at the airport, Set up for all contracts and negotiations with concessionaires, attend worldwide conferences such as the World Routes Forum to increase traffic at CAI, Cooperation of the Terminal 2 renovation and project management from the commercial perspective, creating solutions for the needed services at Cairo International Airport.Key Accomplishments:•Reached an agreement to lease about 12000 sqm commercial areas to different tenants in different activities for F&B/ DF Shops / Airline Lounges/ Retail and Pharmacies 2015-2017 along with preparing the tenders documents of it.•Achieved the targets and signed contracts with an amount of 90 million USD at Terminal Building no.2 in 2017.•Engage in the renovation and redesign of the commercial areas in the new Terminal 2.•Representing Cairo International Airport at the World Routes Forum 2016 in Chengdu, 2017 in Barcelona, and 2018 in Guangzhou.
