In my role as the Director of Quality Measurements at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt, I lead initiatives to ensure robust Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) standards for the telecom sector. I am committed to elevating telecom standards in Egypt and delivering superior quality experiences for consumers. my role involves:• Utilizing advanced tools like R&S Drive Test and crowd-sourced data platforms to monitor network performance and user experience.• Contributing to Egypt’s 5G adoption strategy, VoLTE, and legacy technology sunset (2G/3G) initiatives, aligning with international best practices.• Ensured MNO compliance with quality standards and provided technical expertise in the Quality Violation Committee.

Responsible for QoS benchmark testing and reporting among Egyptian mobile providers.Drove the expansion of the NTRA Quality Monitor Center (QMC), overseeing the deployment of 16 Drive Test terminals to enhance network monitoring capabilities.Provided leadership, mentoring, and coaching to QMC staff across all phases, including operation, data processing, validation, quality assurance and analysis, and reporting.Create and document new QMC processes based on the most recent ETSI and ITU standards, as well as International best practices and external benchmarks.Ensure MNO compliance with the quality annex through detailed drive test assessments. Developed comprehensive radio coverage measurements and reports for all cities and roads in Egypt, ensuring optimal network coverage.

I was responsible for:all the drive test activities for the Monthly benchmark campaign, including drive test planning, operation first line support for field engineers.handling issues with second line support from vendors, diagnose issues during Drive Test.post processing and reporting.Violations Technical Reports for all operators.Publish an annual report on mobile quality in Egypt for 2020.Handled VIP complaints regarding mobile quality, addressing issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Demonstrated expertise in Drive Test tools, including Tems from InfoVista and SwissQual from Rhode & Schwarz.Excelled in the use of post-processing and analysis tools.Automate and develop the daily tasks using SQL server, Python, Excel to enhance efficiency.

As the first step toward becoming a paperless organization, develop an internal system for NTRA Dep and create a centralized database, such as the main archive for NTRA Doc (memo, letters, etc.). Numbering system for short code and number assignment, system for microwave links, fleet system, employee attendance,.... using Java, ASP.net, SQL server DB, JavaScript, and JQuery
