In this role I am working as a team leader for North Central GOS Subsurface team (Petroleum & Reservoir Engineers) to deliver GUPCO KPIs & Task Force items, providing technical expertise across the breadth of the subsurface operations andparticipate in development and wellwork activities. My everyday responsibilities include the following: Organized and managed area activities, ensuring adherence to GUPCO procedures and policies. Reviewed and completed Statements of Requirements (SoRs) for well workover and new well drills, driving campaign success. Optimized field production, planned and progressed well work activities, and maintained a healthy wellwork hopper. Generated and executed annual field surveillance plans (PLT, RMT, Pressure Surveys etc.), gleaning valuable insights. Fostered communication, embraced feedback, and liaised with wellsite leaders for seamless execution. Identified Well Integrity gaps, explored new technologies, and improved completion and flow assurance. Partnered with district engineers to plan and develop recovery plans, mitigating production deferrals and sustaining base production. Conducted well-by-well reviews to identify opportunities and ensure a robust production pipeline. Mentored and coached team members, fostering effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.Throughout my time with NCGOS team, I managed to lead my team sustain the area production at +/- 20,000 BOPD (33% of Gupco Production) through extensive wellwork activities and development wells drilling. In addition to introducing several new technologies such as SPECTRUM® Real-time coiled tubing services, Torque-Action Debris Breaker, Waterflood Regulator, RELAY™ Digital Slickline and WASP.

 Provided technical expertise across all petroleum engineering aspects, including well design, monitoring,troubleshooting, production optimization, log interpretation, and artificial lift. Developed and implemented action plans for high-risk wells, production enhancement programs, and riglessintervention opportunities. Supported well intervention team, surveillance plan creation, and contract/tender negotiations. Conducted Root Cause Analysis for ESP failures, informing future designs for life cycle improvement. Optimized well completion programs and ensured adherence to Well Integrity Policy.

 Completed work in field as part of the District Engineering dept. with the purpose of enhancing field technical skills. Monitored and optimized the performance of wells and fields within assigned area of responsibility. Modeled wells performance using the nodal analysis method, Prosper and GAP for well optimization Prepared programs and analyzed cased hole logs (PLT, PLSS, RST...) to identify wellwork opportunities. Investigated production losses and deferrals, proposing improvement solutions. Supported rig campaigns and rigless operations, managing Statement of Requirements and maximizing well production. Identified, evaluated and recommended well interventions to maximize wells production. Followed up drilling operations, assuring that well integrity is maintained and required SoR objectives are achieved. Modeled wells to identify high-risk wells & Develop securing plans to put it back on production in safe conditions. Prepared Work plans for all rigless Operations & Follow up The Progress Designed and selected artificial lift systems (Gas Lift, ESP). Contributed to surveillance plan development and field studies/development plans.
