• Assist in the advertising of lease or rent on the property, find suitable locations in coordination with Property Manager and the client. • Administrate the lease agreements, rental payment, government approvals etc.• Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.• Monitor KPIs and SLA for the subcontractors.• Assist to Project/Property Manager for the tender process.• Manages the process for supplier/contractor prequalification, selection of supplier, supplier registration, Request for quotation, evaluation of quotation, LPO, payment etc. • Manages and administrates the payment of suppliers.• Assist with the lifecycle planning and budgeting process.• Prepares and monitors the FM/PM budget on behalf of the client.
