I love to coach people to develop their leadership skills and enhance their team's performance.Some of the most memorable experiences in my career have been when I have helped companies shift leadership and culture. Sadly, in too many cases this has been helping them reflect and shift following fatal incidents or periods of high potential incidents or injuries. With others, the driver has been to move from good to great in sustainability and business performance. Supporting organisations to set up and lead change programmes, and to develop their leaders, shift mindsets and involve frontline employees in solving problems. I've been fortunate to work with companies in different sectors, in several regions of the world. Earlier in my career, based out of the UK, I worked with companies operating in Europe and Africa. I later spent about two years working with oil and gas operators in west of Kazakhstan. Since moving to Australia, I have been working with mining, construction and food and drink companies.I'm proud of the outcomes I've helped to deliver at work. Including shifting cultures from compliance to commitment, building HSE and leadership competencies, reducing risks, shaping sustainability strategies and programmes, and developing talented people. Most of all, I'm proud of my family.
