➢ End to end recruitment:Responsible for recruiting Supply Chain function from entry to senior level, mainly in FMCG, Retail industries. Positions included procurement, planning, logistics etc. Conduct job briefing with clients. Negotiate with clients about their needs and requests, adjust the hiring directions and give the proper suggestions of how to find the right candidates.  In charge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including candidate searching, CV screening, interview, assessment & face-to-face interview arrangement, feedback collection, salary negotiation & physical examination supporting, offer notice and on-board date confirmation, probation follow-up etc. ➢ Business development:Business development with new client, including commercial terms negotiation, contract signing and contract management. ➢ Operation: Input the candidates' information in clients' system (workday mainly) and help to give suggestion and solution by making data statistics & analysis report.  Participate in talent pool building and data classification. ➢ Training:Take charge of new-comers' training, such as candidate update call process, candidate interview process etc.Achievement:➢ Hudson 2024 Q3 High Performer Award Winner.➢ In 2024, the current output performance is 1.7 million.➢ Finished 16 positions and invoiced RMB 1.67M in 2022. ➢ Hudson 2022 Q3 Rising Star Award Winner.
