I envision and develop new business intelligence and analytical solutions for Eide Bailly healthcare clients, which align to the needs we're seeing in the industry. I was the primary developer of an analytics solution, which identified and visualized key business drivers, and resulted in an 8% ($2.3M) revenue increase for the health system. During and after the development and implementation of our BI solutions I often present to executive teams for educational and business objective purposes.

During this time, my team and I significantly scaled the growth of the business intelligence and analytics work in the firm's healthcare division. I developed BI reporting solutions for clients in each of the firm's four primary HC industry segments. As a component of the analytics work we provided for clients, I often served as the technical liaison between client, project team and developers, ensuring the solution we developed aligned with the business objectives of the client.

I worked alongside the Chief Financial Officer while aiming to preserve organizational assets and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance operation. I assisted the CFO in instilling an organization-wide financial approach and mindset to the business to perfrom more optimally. My aptitude for analytical tools grew tremendously as I analyzed accounts receivables and prepared AR status reports for the executive team. I also analyzed the organization's staffing structure, aiming to reduce expenses and improve staffing retention within the organization. These efforts resulted in a cost savings and a more efficient and cost effective staffing model for the hospital.

I worked alongside executive level management in the integration of RTLS (Real Time Locating System), an operational intelligence platform, which aims to improve efficiency within the clinic through improved asset management, workflow management and patient flow. I assisted in developing the metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the system. My team and I also developed the RTLS training module to be used by Sanford Health in the training and development of its employees.
