Product Manager
Current• Build, plan, develop and manage SaaS enterprise communication and project collaboration web app along with iOS CRM product serving large corporate entities in a variety of sectors• Manage team of engineers and UX designer using scrum methodology to meet scope of work on short deadlines, improve global systems, integrate 3rd party applications when appropriate and implement effective development philosophy• Implemented process for conducting product and business discovery; including ideation and workshops to better understand customer needs, pain points, competitive differentiators, identify target audience and best go to market strategy• Lead department-wide implementation of prioritization, design, and development frameworks as well as SDLC tools, in order to improve product lifecycle processes within the organization • Define feature sets and scope of work based on weighted scoring prioritization frameworks with the goal of mitigating risk (e.g., implementation effort, benefit to customer vs. cost to develop, etc.)• Build product roadmaps and coordinated budget and timelines with CFO and executive team, and worked with cross business units to validate deliverables• Develop UX/UI design, CMS portal, technical stack, flow charts, UX research, discovery, user stories, and high-fidelity clickable prototype, while staying under budget for MVP• Assemble presentations for executive team that include, competitor analysis, market trends, UX research, case study data, growth strategy, KPIs, roll-out plan, methods of acquisition, potential monetization models, incentivization methods, projected annual transactions and revenue• Led product discovery phase and user interviews, including identifying user personas for potential use cases relating to potential core functions, substantiated key requirements for MVP
