• Responsible for building the unit strategy and directions.• Support & monitor delivery, channel, and presales managers, and direct coaching for sales and account managers.• Portfolio development with current and new vendors to enrich offering with new trends • Responsible for the unit profit & loss and meeting the targets• Expanding into new markets across the region through direct sales or alliances with local companies.• Direct engagement with enterprise customers on various levels, IT managers/directors, CIOs, and CEOs.• Assuring overall services quality, customer satisfaction, and projects meeting its timelines.• Develop cloud opportunities with customers across the region, driven from a business prospective, while assuring reliable technologies are in place.Based in Amman, covering all company EMC, VMWare & Cisco Computing business across the region; responsible for support, delivery, project management, presales and sales teams. Responsible for commercial and business prospects, business planning and development, sales opportunities validation, assisting account managers in sales cycle, assisting presales in their demos, solutions, and providing solutions and demos for enterprise customers. Directly engaged with customers to align EMC Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and propose end to end solutions, building datacenter solutions, virtualization, security, business continuity, disaster recovery and BRS.
