WiViu was a video-over-wireless startup, building a breakthrough software product to robustly deliver video over lossy networks. Responsible for and managed the Engineering organization and also architected, designed and implemented (along with my team) the entire product.

Led the IP video user quality of experience (QoE) monitoring software product line - driving product vision, team building, product development as well as championing to company executive team and external partners.• Enabled a $2+ million revenue line by deploying video QoE monitoring agents on embedded network nodes using deep packet inspection (DPI) of IP video packets to probabilistically compute video QoE. • Delivered the external facing monitoring API service in 6 months, which allowed integrating the QoE service in multiple vendor platforms. Resulted in OEM partnerships with France Telecom and a leading ASIC vendor.• Technology platform: C++/C, Java, IP Video, H.264, libpcap (DPI library), and Linux/Apache/MySQL.

Directed multiple network performance software product lines (35+ engineering staff at multiple US locations, Romania and India). • Created IxVPN (IPSec) product vision, developed architecture and drove the team through revenue realization in 8 months.
