I memorize a majority of the customers drinks and names. I anticipate their needs, help them personalize their orders and most of all connect with them.

I am a part of the External PR team. We network and connect with restaurants to provide food during our screenings once a week. As the host I work with the PR team to announce the segments of the show. I read the teleprompter and have learned a lot about equipment.

Brain storm event planning, event decor, raffle donations, and cold calls. Plan and do events with the residents, including going on field trips.

Create flyers, research for the newsletter, create Public Service Announcements to be aired on radio shows, attend events to inform the public of A Family For Every Child's programs, look for events to be a part of, and develop relationships with other non-profit organizations.

- Worked with Internal communications as I put together the employee and volunteer benefits packages, assisted with confidential employee issues and drafted several internal communications presentations- I helped design the new Wellness page for the City Of Springfield Website where I had to do research on what other cities were doing.- Researched local and general information to share on the Wellness website.- Promoted local businesses in Springfield that promote healthy lifestyles city residents, giving ideas for health and wellness in the community. - I became certified as a Drug and Alcohol Education & Reasonable Suspicion Procedures. - I helped prepare for the Wellness Fair by providing and brain storming ideas for the events activities, marketing and making flyers for advertising. I had my own table at the event promoting Starbucks Evolution Fresh drinks and handed out informational flyers and samples of the drinks.

I patched up the occasional scraped knee. I prepared meetings, that included assembling multiple packets in a timely fashion. I updated records and did a lot of mailing. I answered questions, and dealt with telephones with multiple lines. I made announcements and delivered messages. I helped teachers and staff with copying and faxing.
