-Work closely with the Executive Director by assisting in projects and facilitate cross-functional communications. -Use graphic design and create short promotional videos to communicate with our followers in a fun and efficient way. -Ability to plan, research and evaluate methods to engage with internal and external publics to bring awareness of MCP's services and events. -Working and writing under pressure to meet specific objectives and stay ahead of timelines. -Manage online marketing campaigns through social media, letters, and mass emails.-Develop targeted plans to achieve organization goals using a budget and timeline.-Promote events and fundraisers by creating promotional materials (print and media), powerpoint presentations and booking entertainers.-Manage media relations typically with Radio.-Integrate theory and strategy into communication pieces to target diverse audiences and media to effectively advocate cause but also to meet organizational goals and objectives.-Partner with local businesses to build mutually beneficial relationships.-Strategically use community outreach to engage publics with the organization.
