Project Manager
Current- Lead and manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects including integration,and customisations, utilising agile project management best practices and tools.
- Plan, control, and execute complex projects, ensuring collaboration withcross-functional teams within IT, external business stakeholders, and projectowners.
- Manage project delivery plans, communicate expectations clearly, and report onprogress, issues, and risks to senior leadership.
- Track and report project budgeted hours against actuals and manage financialmilestones, providing detailed reports to the Finance department
- Work closely with regional Professional Services teams to scope and deliver newprojects, ensuring detailed work breakdowns, accurate timelines, and effectiveproject execution.
- Ensure project scope management and change control, adhering to companypolicies, procedures, and customer contract terms to deliver projects on time andwithin budget.
