Project Manager
Current• Lead and manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects including integration,and customisations, utilising agile project management best practices and tools.• Plan, control, and execute complex projects, ensuring collaboration withcross-functional teams within IT , external business stakeholders, and projectowners.• Manage project delivery plans, communicate expectations clearly, and report onprogress, issues, and risks to senior leadership.• Track and report project budgeted hours against actuals and manage financialmilestones, providing detailed reports to the Finance department• Work closely with regional Professional Services teams to scope and deliver newprojects, ensuring detailed work breakdowns, accurate timelines, and effectiveproject execution.• Ensure project scope management and change control, adhering to companypolicies, procedures, and customer contract terms to deliver projects on time andwithin budget.• Host post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions, actively contributing tocontinuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
