As an HR Generalist at YWCA, I support the HR functions of over 150 employees across multiple locations. I manage HR, performance management, HRIS, employee relations, policies and procedures, HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.I have a strong educational background in human resources, with an MBA-HR from and a Business Communication and Human Relation Skills certification from Dale Carnegie Training. I also have valuable international exposure, having completed the Community College Initiative Program in the USA and interned at prominent organizations in Canada.I am passionate about learning and developing my skills, and I am currently pursuing the CHRP certification. My goal is to contribute to the strategic and operational objectives of the HR department and the company, while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
